Attachment wounds, emotional neglect, and complex trauma often shape how we relate to ourselves and others — sometimes through what happened, and sometimes through what was missing: support, attunement, or emotional safety.

This can show up as hyper-independence, chronic self-doubt, or feeling like you’re either too much or not enough. You may have tried to “think” your way out of it and still find yourself reacting.
In our work together, we slow things down. We approach these patterns with curiosity and compassion, working to understand how they make sense given your experiences. From there, we begin creating new ways of relating — with greater self-trust, clearer boundaries, and more fulfilling relationships.
