Individual

Therapy

I work with individuals ages 16 and older. Many of the people I support are navigating challenges such as anxiety, shame, low self-worth, perfectionism, relationship struggles, complex trauma, attachment wounds, and patterns like people-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries.

My Approach

I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe, respected, and deeply understood. Therapy is about making sense of your experiences and reconnecting with your inner resources.

Rather than trying to “fix” you, our work focuses on understanding those strategies and helping your system feel safe enough to create new possibilities.

Healing also requires a systematic approach. That means we don’t just look at symptoms — we explore how family dynamics, culture, identity, religion, and lived experience have shaped your story.

These principles guide my work, using evidence-based and experiential approaches to uncover and transform the patterns that keep you stuck, turning insight into meaningful, lasting change.

Parts Work

An approach that helps us understand the different parts of you that developed to cope, protect, or manage difficult emotions. By getting to know these parts with curiosity and compassion, we can create more balance and inner understanding.

EMDR

A therapy approach that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences so they feel less overwhelming in the present.

Somatic Work

An approach that gently includes the body in the healing process. It helps you notice and work with nervous system responses like tension, shutdown, or overwhelm so your system can begin to feel safer and more regulated.

Coherence Therapy

A depth-oriented approach that helps uncover and transform the emotional learnings that keep certain patterns or symptoms in place.
